According to him, the mi-35 will be purchased to replace existing aircraft and attack helicopter mi-24. In addition, it is planned to purchase 200 pieces of ground support of flights and up to 300 of repairs on existing aircraft. As reported by the afinogentov, the procurement will be conducted in accordance with the decision of the president of the Russian Federation about the need to have at least 70% of modern weapons and military equipment. The military-industrial commission approved the control figures for the planning of the state armament programme for the years 2018-2025, including the procurement of new aircraft. In the case of this program we will be able to complete the unit the air unit to full strength, to improve the serviceability of aircraft and to increase the share of modern aircraft to 70% by 2025 — said the afinogentov.
