Ukraine opened a case against Russian border guards because of the "seizure" of the vessel
Ukraine has accused Russia kidnapping Ukrainian citizens and the hijacking of a fishing vessel. Receive the decision about excitation of criminal case after detention by Russian border guards Ukrainian poachers in the sea of Azov ruled by the so-called Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Earlier, the Russian border guards in Azov sea the vessel is detained four Ukrainian citizens who were engaged in illegal catch flounder-Kalkan without permission and relevant documents. The ship was discovered more than 290 instances of prohibited fish and fishery approved. The ship, along with the fishermen were taken to Kerch for trial, where the captain confessed about doing poaching.
In response to this, the so-called Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea accused the Russian border guards in the kidnapping and the hijacking of the vessel, having regard to their criminal case.
In the Crimea, called for the punishment for poaching detained citizens of Ukraine.
They must meet the laws of the Russian Federation as violators of the state border. These are the real poachers and criminals
