Former Putin adviser: DPR and LPR as part of Ukraine will block the path to NATO and EU
The former Russian presidential adviser Andrei Illarionov, more than in ardent opposition, commented on the situation, which will manifest itself in the case of Ukraine's implementation of the Minsk agreements.
