The claim of the Ministry of defense to the Ukrainian developer of missiles "Governor" has a "classified"

The Moscow arbitration court has assigned the stamp "Secret" the case against the defence ministry to the ukrainian cb "South" — major developer of rocket and space technology, seen from the court. The suit was brought in the arbitration court of Moscow in february 2017. In it the ministry of defence requires to terminate a state contract with the cb "South" of 29 august 2003, providing for the carrying out of experimental-design works (okr) - extension of terms of operation of complexes "Governor" (nato classification - "Satan"). The ministry also requires the defendant to recover more than 186 million rubles for the outstanding work, of about 916 million rubles of penalties and more than three million rubles per cent for failure to comply with the terms of the contract. The representative of kb "Southern has not previously been recognized in the court of claims and asked to reject them. According to him, the transfer of the Russian side of the results of the roc stopped because of introduced in Ukraine in 2014, the ban on exports to Russia of goods and services of military and dual purpose, which is a force majeure event. Also, the respondent declared pass by the ministry of defense of Russia the one-year limitation period provided for by the norms of ukrainian law and the failure to comply with the Russian ministry of a mandatory dispute settlement procedure. However, on a previous occasion, said that the company wants to offer the Russian defense ministry to conclude the agreement. Recall that in 2016, the ceo of the company "Kosmotras" alexander serkin said that the launch of conversion carrier rocket "Governor" (nato classification – "Satan") will be resumed without the participation of ukrainian experts, reports RIA Novosti.
