Currently laid more than 170 kilometers of the pipeline, said novak at the session of the 86th izmir international fair. He recalled that "Turkish stream" is intended "To improve the gas supply of Turkey and to diversify gas supplies to Europe. "The project "Turkish stream" involves construction of 2 threads. The capacity of each of them will be 15, 75 billion cubic meters. The first line is designed to supply natural gas to consumers in Turkey. It is planned to put into operation in march next year.
On the second line the gas should go to Southern and South-Eastern Europe, the term i / o 2019.
